I double-checked everything several times, even generated new keys and tested them, but the issue still persists.

Are you sure that your LIVEKIT_API_KEY and LIVEKIT_API_SECRET match your LIVEKIT_URL? This app will use the default .env.* behavior in Next.js, which means values can be overridden by those with the same key in files with a higher specificity.
