Bound exported input history and omit prompts without changing model requests. Full capture remains the default. Controls omit legacy full-chat payloads; disabling content also removes legacy message and tool payloads.
Adapts @SanjuMLGeek’s proposal from #7396, fixing short-history truncation and legacy export bypasses.
