Summary

  • Replace generate-docs.yml and publish-docs.yml with a single docs.yml
    • Retains existing functionality: generating docs, attaching docs to actions runs, publishing docs
    • New functionality: smoke-tests AWS creds on main pushes to catch failures before release time
  • Switch publish stage to correct org-creds
