This adds
livekit_agentdb.prototogenerate_proto.shand commits the generated stubs, following the same naming pattern as the other agent protos (livekit_agentdb_pb2becomesagentdb). The proto is already in the pinned protocol submodule, so the submodule does not change, and regenerating with protoc 29.3 (gencode 5.29.3) leaves every other module unchanged.
