Verification
Verified the four SHA pins against upstream release tags; all 64 DCO regression tests passed. The diff is identical to #40 and changes no workflow permissions or security policies.
Hosted checks, including commit-signatures and dco, must pass on the final head before merge. No release or tag is part of this change.
Supersedes #40.
