Meeting notes:

• Good quote to add: “If you use this software, please cite us” with an example. Teach users how to write citations for data, code, etc. very quickly.
  • Direct students to add their citation information directly to the README file
• Flo to move some of the flowcharts at the end into supp. Material, and to use discretion to move other material (i.e. some of the hint boxes) there as well.
• Baseline recommendations: Apache and CC0 licenses
  • Will also include some information on the main page about being aware of contagious licenses, and link out to supp. Material again for cases where people might be constrained in the licenses they can apply to their material due to these licenses
