Split the LP-0013 prize document in two parts (A and B) to focus on (A) mint authority and (B) associated token accounts in seperate tasks.
Updated the prize description to focus on improvements for Associated Token Accounts (ATAs) and wallet tooling. Enhanced clarity on the motivation, success criteria, scope, and submission requirements.
