Right-swiping between resident graphs now shows the target graph name in a fixed top capsule. It stays visible while focus is pending, then fades 1.1 seconds after the target actually becomes current; cancellation and later gestures fence stale fade callbacks.

The capsule uses native glass, preserves full accessibility names when text truncates, fits the existing top slot at accessibility sizes, and leaves room for the sync indicator and Options. Catalog names are cached only for the at-most-three residents, avoiding a catalog scan on typing or worker refreshes. The existing right-swipe direction, full-page motion, and graph/draft ownership remain unchanged.

Validation:

• Full source build and 1,117 OCaml regression cases.
• Native Swift feedback lifecycle tests, including deferred focus, cancellation, stale timer IDs, and retired graph/account scopes; included in CI.
• Actual iOS 26.1 Simulator UI acceptance with isolated offline encrypted fixture graphs: target identity and fade, cancellation/consecutive cycle, dark appearance/Options touches, long-name/menu/progress clearance, and accessibility-size layout.
• Independent read-only review; identified performance/test-isolation issues were corrected and re-reviewed.

Simulator runtime uses the repository's experimental host-restamp build path (cross_abi_validated=false); this is Simulator acceptance, not real-device ABI validation. Recordings and fixture data remain local and are not attached to this PR.
