Thread an optional UUID bolusReference from enactBolus through StartProgram, UnfinalizedDose and PodCommsSession, and stamp it on the reported DoseEntry, so it survives an app restart while a bolus is in progress. Stored as a uuid string in the pod raw state. A default enactBolus keeps existing callers unchanged.

Move to loopandlearn/OmnipodKit dev (loopandlearn/OmnipodKit#102) so Loop and Trio build against the same OmnipodKit commit. Trio builds cleanly against it. Do not merge before repointing this submodule back at a merged loopandlearn/OmnipodKit commit.
