M2 becomes Agent Skills conformance, neutral wording and graceful degradation of $ARGUMENTS/AskUserQuestion, with no per-harness adapter and support claimed only where measured (OpenCode first). ROADMAP and PLAN updated. See CHANGELOG [Unreleased] > Changed.
