this commit is aimed to provide the backbone of a project to imlement new portfolio techs or cutting edge services for AI era.
- add pytest fixtures with in-memory DB and fake redis for isolated route tests - cover auth flows: signup, login, profile, password generate/recover edge cases - cover prompts CRUD: create/read/get/update/delete including auth and not-found scenarios - cover users CRUD: list/filter/get/update/delete including conflict and error handling - align CI smoke test with prompts endpoints and payloads
