Repos were re-cloned to C:\repos on a new PC. The ADR-006 ping hook's hardcoded HLPM_DIR still pointed at D:\Source, so it silently no-op'd (by design — the script exits quietly if the dir doesn't exist). Fixes the path so session-boundary events reach HLPM's events.jsonl again.
