Description

Added a complete Terms & Conditions page for Reframe and integrated it into the existing Footer navigation.

This ensures legal coverage consistent with the Privacy Policy and improves trust + transparency for users. The Terms page follows the same design system and reinforces Reframe’s local-first, no-data-collection architecture.
