…dmin card Inside a channel's container, Auto mode already auto-approves every foreground Bash call and run_agent_in_background runs there with no card, so the admin-tier "Run it" card on run_in_background bought nothing but a stall for non-admin authors: every durable approval in the Symphonia channel was a container job its author could only Deny. A container job in Auto mode now starts directly, as the author's own work, and the bg_start audit event records the authority and whether the job was isolated. Only an unisolated target (the /sudo host lane, or an embedder's backend) still posts the admin-tier exact-command card. Agent-type approval cards now state their authority tier on the card, so a member learns it before clicking rather than from the ephemeral refusal. Slack caps a modal at 100 blocks and each member is one block, so the list was capped at 40. Members now come 25 to a page with Previous and Next, and a users_select search jumps to one person's row (or says they are not in the channel). The page and the searched member ride in the view metadata, so a tick's repaint keeps the reader where they were. Replace the paged member list with the people who have a setting of their own here (guests, excluded members, named managers) plus Slack's own people search to reach anyone else. The list is built from the channel record and the user store, so the page draws without a Slack API call whatever the channel's size; a searched person adds one membership read. Promote the current beta candidate a839b77 to main without changing its content. This includes the integrated runtime, Slack agent experience, connection management, research and update fixes accumulated on beta.
Validation: the candidate tree passed the complete coverage suite (3,822 tests; zero failures), static checks, secret scanning, security coverage and the daemon production dependency audit. Fresh release PR checks passed on Node 22.13 and 24, along with hygiene, DCO and the documentation build. Full-range DCO also passed. The opt-in container suite passed all 14 tests. A supplemental Google Chat assertion remains unresolved within the held transport scope.
The organization administrator explicitly requested this as-is promotion and deferred the remaining live QA for a separate follow-up. Those checks retain their actual failed, inconclusive or blocked results; this promotion does not claim complete live acceptance. The follow-up includes native Stop timing/process closure, SSH secret refresh, asynchronous credential-input clearing, permission wording and the remaining settings, identity and provider checks.
This is a Git branch promotion. Package version remains 0.6.3; the existing v0.6.3 tag and its signed artifacts are unchanged. Updating a downstream installation remains a separate operational action.
After publication, GitHub opened Dependabot alert #12 for the documentation build's transitive postcss-selector-parser dependency (medium CPU-exhaustion advisory; fixed in 7.1.6). It is recorded as a follow-up; this as-is promotion contains no additional dependency change.
