mapbox config set telemetry off stops the run's telemetry event in every shell, beside MAPBOX_CLI_NO_TELEMETRY for one. The setting is read again at exit, so the run that turns it off does not report itself.

Should the config key cover them too?historyis already in the key table. Diagnostic logs (Add diagnostic logs, shown through mapbox history show #58) addlogbeside it; whichever of Add diagnostic logs, shown through mapbox history show #58 and this lands second rebases onto the other's key.
