tilelive generates all transparent images when uses pgraster as data source with use_overviews:false

Mapnik standard along can generate perfect right images with following xml. However, tilelive-mapnik generates images that all transparent (nothing). Not sure where to look into to debug this issue. BTW, tilelive-mapnik was used in the cartodb stack.
