Rewrote dG_prediction_modelseed_dev_branch_file_run.py to pre-compute signature matrices and batch model predictions, reducing runtime from ~15 days to ~2 minutes. Removed model pkl, pycache, and DS_Store from git tracking via .gitignore. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
