This release includes all the scripts and related code utilized for my PhD thesis defense. These scripts were essential to the analysis conducted as part of my defense, and they are provided here for review, reproducibility, and further use by interested parties.
- lcWGS_Simulations Directory: Contains all the primary scripts used in the chapter 01.

- Utils Directory: Contains custom scripts employed for supplementary analyses.
