Once this checkpoint says PR #203 already contains the Reporting/RCB implementation, the still-current “Next milestone candidates” entry on line 25 continues to direct the next owner to implement static URCB/BRCB real-frame mapping. Following both instructions could duplicate the pending source work; replace that candidate with completion/verification of #203 or explicitly mark it superseded.

Documentation-only accepted native Workbench handoff after merged PR #203 (
a33271e90fea369abad551e7601b446752e10d54). Records 13/13 exact-head source workflows success including 55/55 Qt steps, GCC/Clang/MSVC, sanitizers, MMS interop/RCB; RptID/DataRef/ConfRev/DataSet exact binding, GI read/write separation, static dataset pinning, and outstanding physical manufacturer acceptance.Also repairs a malformed GOOSE handoff sentence from PR #201 that accidentally embedded the document header inside the typed
$GO$name. This branch changes onlydocs/WORKBENCH_CURRENT_HANDOFF.md; no source/installer/firmware changes.
