The new Figma take has its good moments spread over 95 s. preview-cut.sh joins chosen segments with straight cuts into an App Store preview (1600 x 1200, 30 fps, silent stereo track, 15-30 s) or, with WEB=1, a website video (1280 x 960, no sound, any length) plus a poster frame. tools/app-store/preview-cut.sh <recording> <name> <from-to>..., which joins segments of a screen recording with straight cuts:store/out/preview-<name>.mp4, 1600×1200, 30 fps, H.264, silent stereo AAC, and it refuses totals outside 15–30 s;WEB=1: a website video,store/out/web/<name>.mp4, 1280×960, no sound, any length, plus a poster frame (POSTERseconds in, default 5).Used today for the new Figma take: 8 segments → a 29.6 s store preview, and 7 segments → the 53 s website video (mattonik/icebear-digital#15).
