Add documentation for the improved Campaign condition evaluation display in the Contact history timeline. When expanding condition and decision events, users can now see detailed evaluation results including the field checked, operator used, comparison value, actual value, and the evaluation result. Related to mautic/mautic#15664

Added condition evaluation details based on PR #15664, which changes the Campaign condition display in Contact history from a generic message to show the specific field, operator, comparison value, actual value, and evaluation result (yes/no). Changes in LeadSubscriber.php and index.html.twig implement the new mautic.campaign.event.condition.details translation key.
