Add documentation for the new Filters tab in Focus Items, which allows automatic display to Contacts matching filter criteria via the Mautic tracking script. This feature uses the same filter interface as Dynamic Web Content and Segments. Also reorganizes the deployment section to clearly present the three methods: filter-based delivery, direct embedding, and Campaign delivery. Related: mautic/mautic#16228

Added Filters section based on PR #16228 which introduces FiltersEntityTrait to the Focus entity. The PR adds a Filters tab using DwcEntryFiltersType (same as Dynamic Web Content) and automatic delivery via BuildJsSubscriber which appends MauticJS.checkFocusItems to mtc.js for filter-based focus items.
