Added documentation for the new feature that displays target Segments as clickable links in the Details section when viewing Segment Emails. This improves navigation by allowing users to click directly to each Segment's detail page.

Added documentation for clickable Segment links in the Email details view based on PR #15760, which modifies details.html.twig to display target Segments as clickable links when viewing Segment Emails.
