Updates workspace dependencies to their latest releases and pnpm to 12.4.1. Migrates the deprecated Vue Lucide package to @lucide/vue, switches Hugeicons imports to typed public exports, and applies the new Astro formatter output.
Retains TypeScript 6.0.3 for Astro and Vue tooling: Astro's checker requires TypeScript 5/6, and Vue's checker requires the JavaScript compiler interface unavailable in TypeScript 7. All other direct dependencies are current according to pnpm outdated.
Validation: workspace checks; 59 core/registry tests; 11 React tests; Vue SSR contracts; React/Vue production builds; all three clean registry consumer install/typecheck/build checks; formatting; site production build; Wrangler upload dry run; frozen-lockfile install.
