With input validation enabled,
verifyRfc3339DateTime()accepts valid RFC 3339 values before 1970 or more than two days in the future.withEmail()then stores those values in the request payload. Add the documented range check instead of removing it from the PHPDoc.Suggested fix

Keep the RFC 3339 validation and payload assignment, and use the existing invalid-input handling mechanism for out-of-range values.

Add verification_time and was_verification_successful to withEmail(), as array keys or named arguments. These describe the most recent verification of the email address. As an array value, the success flag must be a boolean, even with input validation disabled. With input validation enabled, the time must be an RFC 3339 date-time. The new parameters come after the existing ones, so positional callers do not break. The changelog bullet is in the unreleased 3.8.0 section, with the phone inputs.
