Register the published OS 0.3.0 source release over the coherent OpenKal 0.24 dependency group. Existing versions and the client floor remain unchanged. Explicit compatible requirements such as
^0.2.3retain the 0.2 series; bare version literals remain exact pins. All 23 final source checks passed, including native lifecycle controls and hosted/image execution, followed by independent ecosystem review. Canonical and GitCode archives have been downloaded and compared byte for byte. All 11 historical and new CN URLs referenced by this recipe passed actual GET and SHA256 verification. The complete descriptor audit preserves existing versions.
Candidate/workspace validation is required here. Ordinary public new/old-group and compatible-range controls follow artifact publication.
