The specification's 0.14 adds a position to openkal.terminal's mode word, which this implementation does not provide, and corrects KAL_VERSION_MINOR --- which it does answer with, because kal_version is that constant. Built against 0.13 this package would report 0.11 to a consumer that asks, and a consumer bound at load has nothing else to ask.

跟随 openkal 0.14（mcpplibs/openkal#38）。本实现不提供
openkal.terminal，所以新位与它无关；要跟随的是KAL_VERSION_MINOR的校正——kal_version就是return KAL_VERSION;，所以停在 0.13 的构建会对外自称 0.11，而在 load 期绑定或跨陷入边界的消费者只有这一个入口可问。
