Useful if we want to generate operationIds in kebab-case. (#199)
One thing to note, current implementation converts "camelCase" to "camelcase", "PascalCase" becomes "pascalcase" etc. This is to be expected. If it splits on capitals then acronyms such as "OpenAPI" becoming "open-a-p-i" which is less desirable.
