Add Minimesh Lite device variant

🧩 Summary

This pull request adds a new community-supported device variant for the Minimesh Lite node.

Minimesh Lite is a compact, portable Meshtastic device designed for everyday carry and field use.
The hardware is actively used and tested in Turkey.

🔧 Hardware Details

• MCU: nRF52840
• LoRa Radio: RA-01SC (433 MHz, SX1262-based, no TCXO)
• GNSS: ATGM336H
• Display: 1.3" OLED
• Power: Battery powered
• Region: EU / TR (433 MHz)

🧪 Testing

• Flashed and tested on real Minimesh Lite hardware
• Verified correct operation of:
  • Device boot and startup
  • LoRa communication
  • OLED display
  • GNSS lock and position reporting
• No regressions observed in unrelated code paths

📦 Scope of Changes

• Added a new device variant for Minimesh Lite
• No changes to existing variants
• No unrelated formatting or refactoring

🤝 Attestations

• I have tested that my proposed changes behave as described.
• I have tested that my proposed changes do not cause any obvious regressions on the following devices:
  • Heltec (Lora32) V3
  • LilyGo T-Deck
  • LilyGo T-Beam
  • RAK WisBlock 4631
  • Seeed Studio T-1000E tracker card
  • Other: Minimesh Lite (nRF52840 + RA-01SC)

📝 Additional Notes

• Variant follows existing Meshtastic structure and conventions
• I am happy to make adjustments if maintainers request changes
