Fix LLMLingua-2 experiments link in Transparency_FAQ.md

What does this PR do?

The "experiments/llmlingua2" link in Transparency_FAQ.md points to ./examples/llmlingua2, which doesn't exist. The link text names the right folder, experiments/llmlingua2, so the link now points there. It has been broken since the LLMLingua-2 section was added in #111.

Docs only. experiments/llmlingua2/ exists on main.
