Changes to integrate vss-web-extension-sdk.
Purpose:
Enable the use of deprecated functionality easily. An example would be dashboards that are currently not supported - #22
This PR is dependent on the changes to vss-web-extension-sdk - microsoft/vss-web-extension-sdk#161
