CVE-2026-34182 -

1. CVE patch has been backported manually.
2. AI patch has been modified, added int auth argument in affected function ossl_cms_EncryptedContent_init_bio in cms_local.h and cms_enc.c files and passing its value during function calls in cms_env.c file for completeness of the CVE fix, as auth is being used in the CVE fix and was not present in our version of source code.
3. Patch applies cleanly. (checked .rpm.log).
4. Buddy Build is triggered and has passed.
5. Bumped up the release number of edk2-hvloader-signed package for consistency with edk2 spec.
