This PR adds a ProcessContainer filesystem guide describing access supplied by ALL_APPLICATION_PACKAGES and its interaction with explicit MXC policy. It includes a sample baseline policy fragment.

Details

  • Explain implicit group grants, explicit-policy precedence, and baseline exception semantics.
  • Add common JSON.
  • Link the canonical guide from the schema reference.

Tests

  • Checked JSON syntax, relative documentation links, and section anchors.
