Rename command behavior for nested chats

Once a nested chat is created, there is Rename in the tab menu:

1. This command has no "..."
2. It should have F2 binding which would rename the chat (currently F2 would rename primary session)

There is Rename... in the "..." menu:

1. This should have F2 binding shown
