…able-image findings (#3894) * Switch Docker base image to dotnet/sdk:10.0-noble to clear S360 container findings mcr.microsoft.com/powershell:lts-ubuntu-22.04 has not been rebuilt since 2025-01-30 (PowerShell 7.4.7) because the PowerShell team no longer publishes those images (PowerShell/Announcements#75). The weekly docker-image-refresh pipeline therefore republished the same unpatched OS and PowerShell layers, and every new digest carried the same 65 ReplaceVulnerableRegistryReference findings (61 Ubuntu USNs, 4 PowerShell 7.4.7). Use the .NET SDK image, which ships PowerShell 7.6 (current LTS) and is rebuilt by the .NET team with patched OS layers. Restore pwsh as the default command since the SDK image defaults to /bin/bash. This reverts commit 5dd9caa. The Get-MgAccessToken implementation introduces Azure.Core references into the public cmdlet assembly and fails the Authentication assembly-isolation tests, blocking PR #3864. Reapply the feature in a replacement PR for review after this revert lands.
