Install from the harpworks repository, built outside this repo - #96

The package repository moved from this repository's own Pages site to miharp/packages at packages.harpworks.org, one repository for every tool published under that name, with one key and one .repo file, so a project's release workflow no longer holds the signing key and a second tool adds nothing for its users. The builder and workflow go with it; the docs point at the new name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Michael Harp <mike@mikeharp.com>

The package repository now lives in miharp/packages and is served at https://packages.harpworks.org, one repository for every tool published under that name, with one signing key and one
.repofile. This removes the interim builder and workflow from this repository and points the README, installation.md, and the release steps at the new name.Verified before opening: dnf on Rocky 9 and apt on Debian 12 install 0.8.0 from
packages.harpworks.orgwith the signed metadata verified; HTTPS is enforced on the domain.Assisted by Claude.
