Senior Go Backend Engineer — fintech & banking, distributed systems. Dushanbe, Tajikistan 🇹🇯 (UTC+5)

I build high-load backend systems at Alif, a digital bank serving customers across Central Asia. Right now I'm working on an omnichannel customer-service platform: Temporal-based workflow orchestration, real-time messaging over NATS and RabbitMQ, and an LLM-powered chat quality scoring pipeline. Before that — payment terminals backend (400 terminals, 60K transactions/day) and breaking a monolith into microservices.
