fix(site): 라우트를 달아도 프리뷰 URL 은 켜 둔다

PR 프리뷰 URL 이 꺼져 있다(#113 의 Cloudflare 코멘트가 "No Preview URL"). #107 이 머지된 뒤 그 브랜치에만 올라가 main 에 빠졌던 커밋(6976c8f)을 옮긴다.

변경 사항

preview_urls 를 명시해 켠다

wrangler 는 routes 가 있으면 workers.dev 를 끄고, 프리뷰 URL 의 기본값도 그걸 따라간다. 프로덕션 workers.dev 주소는 계속 끈다.

pnpm run check, wrangler deploy --dry-run 통과(설정 경고 없음). 프리뷰 URL 이 실제로 생기는지는 이 PR 의 Cloudflare 코멘트에서 본다 — 대시보드 설정이 따로 막고 있으면 안 생길 수 있다.
