test_set_montage_artinis_basicfails on Python 3.14 #13577Naively trying just to bump the
pipjob's Python version. I expect this to fail or take forever due to building some deps from source. I'll probably end up creating a new 3.14-specific job that installs as much as it can without having to build deps from source, but we'll see.Closes #13577
