cfde2ecb Merge pull request #1422 from mongrel-intelligence/chore/bump-agent-deps
745a180b chore(deps): bump claude-code 2.1.185, codex 0.141.0, claude-agent-sdk 0.3.185

…k 0.3.185

Bump the agent CLIs and the Claude agent SDK to latest:
- @anthropic-ai/claude-code 2.1.119 -> 2.1.185 (Dockerfile.worker)
- @openai/codex 0.125.0 -> 0.141.0 (Dockerfile.worker)
- @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk ^0.2.119 -> ^0.3.185 (package.json)

claude-code CLI 2.1.185 and SDK 0.3.185 are the vendored lockstep pair, and the
worker resolves claude from PATH, so both bump together. Verified no breaking
changes to cascade's surface: SDK type imports are byte-identical (typecheck
clean); codex exec --json flags (--ephemeral/--skip-git-repo-check/-c
model_reasoning_effort) and event schema are unchanged across the range (only an
additive reasoning-token usage field, already consumed). 1177 backend tests pass;
both CLIs install cleanly in the worker base image.

opencode left at 1.14.25 (out of scope).
