Logistics

Projector is usually at #211 (2nd floor, on the left then last office on the right) guarded by someone until we arrive
-
Prepare heads-up time to setup the room, it’s our responsibility

Write on the room and instructions to get there on the flip chart at Notman’s entrance corridor

Write which big room we are in on the 3rd floor whiteboard

If you don’t have enough chair or tables go check the other reception room they usually have some on the walls

Plan time for tear-down and cleanup, it’s our responsibility

Make sure to give back the projector when you leave

Make sure it’s clean otherwise the credit card can get charged
