• The 2026-10-10 resume audit's release gates:
  • moq-dev/moq#5294: retired handles refuse new requests.
  • moq-dev/moq#5446: no late duplicate after a same-epoch handover.
• Catalog reference identity: moq-dev/moq#5699 and moq-dev/moq#6254.
• The end-to-end player gates and their RTT-scale bound: moq-dev/moq#6548. Its two leftovers are already tracked in m1 (ietf22-fallback, play-audio-handover).

What remained is one step at cut time: dropping moq-dev/moq#4810's release-only wall-clock stats seed. I checked that release still has it (first_sequence in rs/moq-stats/src/produce.rs, plus its doc/concept/stats.md sentence) and main does not. That step, along with the MoQ Pro VOD storage.json note, now sits in the Plan of quest/m2/release/cut.md.

Other changes:

• The epic is deleted with quest rm. That drops its entries from the m0 Required list, the m1 Required list, and the Related list in m2/stats/health.md.
• The m0 Goal and Plan no longer describe the identity gate as in flight.
• Three prose links are rewritten by hand: the m2 e2ee README, the m2 stats README, and health.md, which now links doc/concept/stats.md#broadcasts.

• Wire: none. This PR changes only quest files.

Merged origin/main to resolve the quest/m0/README.md conflict: kept this PR's removal of the broadcast-epoch entry and also dropped the web-transport-proto-0.6.3 entry, whose quest file main already deleted. No other changes. quest check --base origin/main and just check pass; the Codex thumbs-up covers the prior head and the merge is mechanical. Landing.
