Version bump for the attach bar (#356).
moshcode attach <name>now grows the same one-line mosh prompt along the bottom for as long as you are attached, and drops it again when you detach. F12 finds it in both the workspace and an attached session, since in both the bar is the bottom row.Includes the teardown guards — a leftover bar would otherwise outlive the member it was named for and keep answering to its name on the roster.
Merge this and I'll tag v0.38.0, which triggers the npm publish.
