any reason for exposing the ActiveMQ port?

I used ubuntu 15.04 version and now java8 can be easily installed as a package dependency. The gdebi installs package dependencies (ActiveMQ, tomcat, etc.).

Now motech installs java8, activemq, tomcat7 as dependency. This PR is related with motech/motech#512 |
