I thought they were in order from oldest at the bottom to newest at the top?

Sorry it's not obvious; we have to move them out (un-nest them) from ## Unreleased for them to be published

Probably for discussion, but we may want to duplicate some entries if they appear in multiple channels, i.e., leaving this in ent-149.0.0 as well as fx-149.0.2
