build: update goreleaser-action, golangci-lint and Go modules - #222

CLAUDE.md still named v2.6.0, several bumps stale; it now names the version the Makefile pins.
Updates every module to its latest minor/patch release, including goldmark v1.8.7 and charmbracelet/x/term v0.2.2 (superseding the open Dependabot branch). golang.org/x/sys v0.49.0 and golang.org/x/text v0.43.0 require Go 1.26, so the go directive moves from 1.25 to 1.26.0 and the stated minimum in the README, CONTRIBUTING.md and CLAUDE.md moves with it. Go 1.25 is out of support now that 1.27 has shipped.

What this does
Brings the release tooling and dependencies up to date, in three commits that each stand alone:
~> v2, so every release resolves the latest v2 (v2.19.0 today). The action that runs it was the stale part.goreleaser checkvalidates.goreleaser.yamlunchanged.The minimum Go moves from 1.25 to 1.26. golang.org/x/sys v0.49.0 and golang.org/x/text v0.43.0 require Go 1.26, so
go mod tidyraised thegodirective. I accepted that rather than holding the two modules back, since Go 1.25 is out of support now that 1.27 has shipped. The stated minimum in the README, CONTRIBUTING.md and CLAUDE.md moves with it. CI reads the version fromgo.mod(go-version-file), so the workflows follow without changes.Verification
