Tab-by-tab walkthrough of the admin console (Status, MCP servers, Tools, Roles, Users, Secrets) and the /me self-service page (access narrowing, personal credentials, connect snippets), plus the sign-in matrix (Microsoft vs token paste, ?signin=token break-glass) and a token-only first-run checklist. Screenshots taken from a live dev gateway federating @modelcontextprotocol/server-everything, so tiers, role filtering and the connect snippets show real data.
