Pin snesrecomp ec8a3e7 (framework PR152) so Windows x64 uses the qualified cached frame compositor by default. Keep the current title/UI revisions and document
-DSNESRECOMP_FRAME_IMPL=LLEas the maintained correctness-reference build, with potentially lower performance. Other targets retain LLE and existing CMake choices remain respected. The recorded MMX Windows SDL/audio route improved uncapped FPS from 340.936 to 889.911 (+161.02%, process CPU -67.17%) with matching terminal WRAM/VRAM/CGRAM/OAM. The owner accepted its normal-paced adaptive HLE build. The README identifies the route/host limits and distinguishes that measured binary from newer upstream title changes retained here.
Validation: final current-title HLE build passed with its existing UI pin; explicit LLE build checked separately. Both measured selections and the owner playcheck were already completed. No repeated timing or play campaign. Shared framework CI passed before merge.
