Description\n\nThis stacked PR targets #11812 and builds on the node-operation controls merged in #12068.\n\n- Replace the loose Register worker card with an accessible Add worker drawer.\n- Preserve the supported NATS settings in both generated worker commands.\n- Return backend-log users to the fleet or originating node.\n- Show one-based replica labels while retaining zero-based process keys.\n- Normalize the per-node logs surface and retain its Clear control.\n- Disclose selected nodes outside the current filtered page.\n- Move touched setup and per-node log copy into the English admin namespace.\n- Update the distributed-mode documentation.\n\nNotes for reviewers\n\nThe target branch now contains #12068. This PR adds only the follow-up UX work.
