Feature Request: Would be great if multiple architectures can be defined.

Prerequisites

Feature Description

In README: For another GPU, check its architecture with rocminfo and replace gfx1100. This README only documents the hardware that has actually been tested.

I have two 7900xtx and one v620 in my PC, and it will be great to get version for both archs, i.e. gfx1100 AND gfx1030 - so I can run on all three of them, it will be something like: -ts 3,3,1 to compensate performance of v620

simultaneous support for RDNA2 and RDNA3 cards

It works as: -DAMDGPU_TARGETS="gfx1100;gfx1030"
But two strange things:

1. After such build, speed on my 7900xtx is about 10% faster - though it is compiled from the same source code.
2. v620 cannot work normally together with 7900xtx, PP is down from 1700t/s to 600. Even if I specify -ts 1/1/0 (so I do -dev Rocm0/Rocm1, which enable only two 7900xtx and exclude Rocm2 v620). But v620 works, which is good, so one binaries cover all my GPUs :-)
